My Nana’s Herbs was founded by Malika E. Frazier, a wellness advocate, herbalist, and fitness professional passionate about helping people reclaim their health naturally.
The company was inspired by Malika’s grandmother, Pamela Frazier, who believed in using nature as medicine long before natural wellness became popular. Those teachings planted the seed for what would eventually become My Nana’s Herbs.
During the pandemic, Malika began studying herbs more deeply, creating blends, and sharing natural wellness solutions with her community. She noticed something powerful — while many around her were constantly getting sick, the herbal routines she practiced helped her stay strong, energized, and balanced.
What started as helping friends and family quickly grew into a mission-driven wellness brand serving customers nationwide.
